The concept of firing the projectile from powder guns is referred to as GLGP and HVP. However, it hadn't occurred to me that in the event of an accident, your dog can become a projectile - not only possibly launching into other occupants of the vehicle, but also projecting into other structures within the vehicle. The formula for this calculation is given below: The downward component of the projectile's velocity remains a nonzero constant.C. 3) A bullet fired from a gun. This could cause terrible injuries (or worse) not only to the occupants of the vehicle, but to the dog as well. A projectile must be accelerating in the downward direction. The time for which the projectile is in the air (before reaching 'ground' level again) and its maximum height are immediately apparent from the equation written . If you wanted to halve the range, you could reduce the velocity by 29%, or you could increase the angle, or you could double the mass of the Earth.
