CPUs get faster in three ways. The memory is word-addressable, 16 bits per word. RISC uses relatively a simple instruction format and is easy to decode. In computing, the instruction register ( IR) or current instruction register ( CIR) is the part of a CPU 's control unit that holds the instruction currently being executed or decoded. The goal of the instruction sheet is to give the user all the steps necessary to achieve and accomplish a single task or multiple tasks. Also, start each step with an action word, like in "Cut the apple" or "Drain the pasta," so it's clear what action readers need to take.
